The Strong Women Project was established to empower women to live their full potential and provide the necessary life skills to feel empowered and safe. We believe that self-defense is an essential life skill that should be learned by everyone, especially women. According to the National Center for Injury Prevention and Control, women suffer 4.8 million incidences of domestic violence every year.[i]Our goal with the Strong Women Project is to empower women with the tools necessary to learn how to defend themselves and their loved ones.
