Doing Our Part to Inspire Newark's Youth

The Cultural Integration and Arts Association (CINA) is a Newark based 501(c)3 nonprofit

organization formed to provide age specific programs and uplift individuals through the performing and

martial arts. CINA will promote the expansion of art education of varying disciplines, such as the

performing of theater, music and dance; expand the teaching of the martial arts to develop leadership,

discipline, confidence, respect and self-defense; to provide world class training provided by internationally

acclaimed instructors, coaches, athletes and performers who have performed at the highest levels of their

disciplines. CINA will help individuals manage weight and stress through fitness; and promote Olympic

Combat Sports.

Program Description

CINA will focus on providing Taekwondo, Boxing, Kickboxing, Fitness, Empowerment Self Defense, Theater, Dance, Voice and Instrument instructors who have reached the highest levels of their respective arts. We currently provide programs to:

• Newark Recreations - Ironbound Recreation Center
• Newark Public Schools - East Side High, University High, American History High
